  • Up to 6,240 lockers inside and outside the arena; the outside ones open from 10:00 until an hour after the show.
  • The K Arena Shop runs a cloakroom (¥1,000 per item). Large suitcases are best left at your hotel.

Show-day rules

  • E-tickets are often name-registered — carry your passport in case the organizer checks ID at the gate.
  • Photo and video rules are set per show: assume they are banned unless the artist announces a photo-OK moment.
  • Re-entry is decided per show — check the ticket page or staff before you step outside.
  • Fans are routed along the Takashima waterfront deck — follow the staff signs from Yokohama Station.
  • No trading goods or hanging around near the arena.
