Order online, pick up at a konbini

Forgot earplugs or binoculars? Order on Amazon.co.jp or Rakuten and collect at a convenience store on the way to the show.

   Order on Amazon.co.jp or Rakuten

   Overseas cards work, and Amazon.co.jp can be switched to English. Order a few days before the show.

   Choose konbini pickup at checkout

   Amazon: Lawson, FamilyMart or Ministop (not 7-Eleven). Rakuten: only shops that offer it — look for コンビニ受取 at checkout. Pick a store near your hotel or the venue.

   Wait for the pickup email

   It contains a barcode or pickup number. Check the holding period — parcels go back if you miss it.

4. 4

   Collect at the counter

   Show the code at the register (or print a slip at Lawson's Loppi terminal). No need to involve the hotel front desk.
