Lockers & luggage

  • Coin lockers are on the 2F concourse inside the arena; the small Yurikamome stations have few.
  • After the show the Yurikamome queues are long. Kokusai-Tenjijo (Rinkai Line) is a 17-minute walk but a second way out.

Show-day rules

  • E-tickets are often name-registered — carry your passport in case the organizer checks ID at the gate.
  • Photo and video rules are set per show: assume they are banned unless the artist announces a photo-OK moment.
  • Re-entry is decided per show — check the ticket page or staff before you step outside.
  • The arena is smoke-free.
